With the dark evenings closing in, it is the perfect time to try out some new recipes.
Many people who avoid gluten tell us that they miss pasta the most. We ask them if they have tried Le Veneziane? Don’t just trust our recommendation, it’s the number 1 Gluten-Free pasta in Italy. Italians know their pasta and it seems you agree, the range has 5 star reviews from customers on Ocado praising the range’s superb taste and authentic texture. Unlike many Gluten-Free pastas, Le Veneziane maintains a firm ‘al dente’ texture on cooking. Coeliacs rejoice – real pasta is back on the menu!
The range is diverse, you can choose from Penne, Fusilli, Spaghetti, Lasagne, Tagliatelle or Ditalini (a small pasta perfect for children or traditional Italian soups and stews). There are also two varieties of Gluten-Free gnocchi, the traditional Italian potato dumpling, and a crisp and crunchy Gluten-Free mini grissini – perfect to serve with antipasto while you are cooking.
Why not try the pasta or gnocchi with a simple nutritious pesto made using kale and olive oil?
