A nutritious and delicious multi-grain cereal, usually served hot and which contains all the health-giving nutrients of the grains from which it is ground – the germ, the oil and the fibre.
A great alternative to porridge. Bring water and a little salt to boil, add in your cereal and cook gently for ten minutes. Ideally served with honey or brown sugar and milk. Add a little fruit and nuts for extra nutrition and even more taste!
