Preparation and Usage:
100 ml Oat flakes – 250 ml water-Pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil. Reduce temperature and let simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with jam, honey, apple sauce, cinnamon and milk.
