Gluten Free Vegan Margherita Pizza
Inspired by Italian week on 'The Great British Bake Off' we craved Pizza (gluten free and vegan of course)! We wanted it to be quick and simple so used a few 'cheats'. You can have the whole thing ready in 30mins. You're welcome!

Ingredients
For the base
  • 1 500g Package Semper Buckwheat & Teff Flour
  • 1 Sachet (7g) Fast Action Yeast
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Mixed Italian Herbs
  • 450 ml Luke Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
For the topping
  • 1 Jar Gluten Free Tomato Pasta Sauce This is a great time saver
  • 2 Handfuls Grated Vegan Cheese We used Violife which is made from coconut so also soya free

Instructions
  1. Combine the flour mix, yeast, garlic oil and herbs.
  2. Pour in the warm water.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Oil your hands, shape the dough into two thin circles. Place on well oiled baking trays.
  5. Bake at 180 for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, add the sauce topping and grated cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  8. Enjoy! Perhaps with a glass of prosecco - also GF and Vegan 😉
