Dark and rustic crispbread, packed with exciting flavours from nature such as chia, teff & buckwheat! This delicious traditional Swedish style crispbread is gluten free, lactose free and does not contain any added sugar! It is suitable for vegans, as well as being certified FODMAP-Friendly. This means that the product contains low levels of so-called FODMAPs and can be used in low FODMAP diet treatments. This is a diet that can be tried in IBS in consultation with a dietitian. Limit to a maximum of 3 crackers per sitting.
