Ingredients: Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavours) maize flour, potato starch, spinach 3%, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
Cooking Instructions: Put the gluten free gnocchi in boiling salted water. Let the gnocchi rise to the top, wait for 1 to 2 minutes, drain and serve.
