Ingredients: Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes, emulsifier: mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite, flavourings), maize flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, flavouring.
Cooking Instructions: Put the gluten free gnocchi in boiling salted water. Let the gnocchi rise to the top, wait for 1 to 2 minutes, drain and serve.
Serve With: Ragu sauces or simply with butter and herbs.
