The spinach gives these little “potato gems” a bright green colour. They are so flavoursome that you simply need to add a drizzle of oil and some grated cheese to make a delectable dish. Directions:
Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water. Lte them rise to the top, wait for 1-2 minutes, then drain and serve
